Software Engineer in Test

OneCloud Software is looking for strong Software Engineers in Test who can work with the development team building and executing comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Hybrid Cloud Technology to develop and execute test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code to solve technical challenges and shorten the test cycle through automation.
  • Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, and participate in daily QA activities.
  • Contribute to building a continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing process improvement activities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with software testing and automated test techniques.
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and requisite coding and debugging skills.
  • Proven ability to translate functional requirements and use-cases into working test plans and test cases.
  • Experience with VMware, Linux, Windows, Amazon Web Services would be a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.

Support Engineer

This candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support on all OneCloud Products in a 24×7 environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain customer case tracking system with required information.
  • Provide technical support to remote customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot remote customer networks to quickly resolve issues.
  • Create documentation and action plans for system upgrades and troubleshooting projects.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering/Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years experience in the networking/computer industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IP protocol and related TCP based enterprise applications.

Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Interact effectively with UX and infrastructure teams
  • Evaluate, adopt and implement appropriate open source technologies.
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, testing and code review.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-5 years experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Java programming language.
  • Preferred experience with various Java frameworks (e.g. Spring, Akka, J2EE, etc…).

Regional Sales Director

Locations

  • North Central US (Chicago area-based).

  • Strategize with VP Sales to implement a sales execution plan for the assigned region.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with OneCloud’s customers, partners, and prospects supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales initiatives with customers while supporting strategic partners.
  • Communicate effectively with account team(s), other internal resources and customers.
  • Represent OneCloud Software at seminars and tradeshows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Customer-facing experience as system engineer required.
  • 6+ years of system, network, or storage administration.
  • Strong sense of urgency. Customer and deal-driven.
